How does Gardenscapes go about creating a Landscape design for you? Your design is achieved through a series of interviews:

1) Initial Interview: Design Ideas
Unique landscape designs The first and most important step in the process of creating a design is a visit to your home by the founder of Gardenscapes, Lisa Van Ee. Lisa is a Horticulturist and Landscape Designer who has a reputation for innovative ideas. Through the interview process, Lisa will gain an understanding of the vision you have for your landscape and begin to incorporate the materials, structures, features and plantings that you have in mind into a landscape plan.

In your first interview it is important to set a budget. By determining approximately how much you want to spend on your landscape, Lisa will be better equipped to create a customized design that is in line with your expectations. According to Canadian realtors, the investment you make in professional landscaping has the highest rate of return of any investment you can make in your property.

After your first meeting, Lisa will take your ideas and combine them with her creativity and landscaping knowledge to create a concept landscape design.

2) Second Interview: Design Approval
At you second meeting Lisa will present a concept design, and you will have an opportunity to make changes before the blueprint. Lisa will inform you of the cost of the blueprint. The cost of the blueprint and design, depends on the size of your project.

3) Third Interview: Blueprint, Estimate and Down Payment
At your third meeting Lisa will present the blueprint along with an estimate for the construction and installation of your landscape. At this point, a 10% down payment is required to schedule your project into our very busy landscaping season.
